Super verpackt.
Zusammenbau relativ einfach. Die Aufbauanleitung ist leider nur auf Polnisch und Englisch und ist nicht sehr klar zu verstehen.
Das Bike sieht super aus. Es ist größer als ich dachte und mega schwer. Super stabiler Gepäckträger vorne und hinten.
Das Bike macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
Keine Kratzer oder Fehler.
Die Probefahrt ging spontan sehr gut. Ich bin vorher noch niemals mit einem E-Bike gefahren.
Bis jetzt bin ich begeistert.
Intuitivo il computerino che gestisce i vari programmi di pedalata assistita, il motore sembra disporre di tutta la potenza necessaria anche per l'off road. Grazie alle grosse ruote e alla forcella ammortizzata non si sentono vibrazioni sulle strade sconnesse. La batteria infine sembra non scaricarsi mai. La ricomprerei ad occhi chiusi, e consiglio di farlo a tutti coloro che desiderano un gioiello come questo.

3 semaines plus tard je les contacte pour savoir où est mon vélo et ils me répondent gentiment que celui-ci, étant transporté par DPD, n'a pu être livré car trop lourd! À cause de raison logistique il a dû être renvoyé.
Le service client Engwe m'a fait un remboursement de 30€ pour s'excuser de la gêne occasionnée.
Et un nouveau vélo m'a été renvoyé via le transporteur FedEx! En une semaine seulement, il a été livré et en super état!
Le colis pesait 42 kg, donc assez lourd..
Nous avons monté la roue arrière, le siège, porte bagage, feu avant, garde boue, rétro (acheté en +), guidon .. en tout juste 1h.
Grâce à la notice mais surtout des tutos vraiment bien détaillés sur YouTube.
Puis pour la mise en marche, ça nous a bien été utile car c'est mon tout 1er vélo électrique et n'y connaissais strictement rien!
Les pneus adhèrent super bien au sol, la béquille vraiment large et solide, le dos est bien droit en ajustant le guidon.
Les vitesses faciles à passer, les freins au top, la scelle bien confortable et moelleuse, la maniabilité impeccable..!
Batterie entièrement chargée en 7h (la nuit pdt les heures creuses).
Les seuls points négatifs est qu'il est assez lourd et imposant, donc impossible à monter dans un appart avec des escaliers..
À mettre à l'abri dans une cave, garage etc pour le protéger de la pluie, du froid.. mais surtout d'éventuels voleurs! Car oui! Vous ferez des jaloux.. c'est un véritable petit bijou dont il faut prendre le + grand soin!
Et l'autre point est que la batterie tient tout juste 40km alors que je fais super attention en mettant la vitesse en mode 7 (histoire de forcer un peu) et l'assistance en mode 2 ou 3 pour économiser la batterie..
Mais sinon il est super agréable à conduire !!! Vraiment pas déçue!!!
Je ne peux que recommander le ENGWE L20 pour tous types de route .
Ein weiteres Highlight des Engwe L20 Boost ist der praktische Boost-Knopf. Mit einem einfachen Druck auf diesen Knopf kann man in kurzer Zeit eine beeindruckende Geschwindigkeit aufbauen, was besonders beim Überholen anderer Radfahrer ein echter Vorteil ist. Der Boost-Knopf gibt einem das gewisse Extra an Leistung genau dann, wenn man es braucht, und macht das Fahren noch dynamischer. Diese Funktion ist zwar kein Game-Changer aber er macht das Beschleunigen kurz noch einfacher.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, den ich dennoch erwähnen möchte, ist die Sitzhöhe. Für größere Menschen (>1,90) könnte die Standardhöhe des Sattels etwas niedrig sein, was das Fahren zunächst unbequem machen kann. Glücklicherweise konnte ich dieses Problem mit einer neuen, längeren Sattelstange leicht beheben (mit Federung ;-) ) Nach diesem Upgrade passt das Bike auch für meine Größe perfekt, und der Fahrkomfort hat sich deutlich verbessert.
Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Engwe L20 Boost äußerst zufrieden. Die Kombination aus Robustheit und leistungsstarkem Motor macht es zu einem hervorragenden Begleiter für den Alltag und längere Touren. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen, stabilen E-Bike mit einer Extraportion Power sind, kann ich das Engwe L20 Boost uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
The 5 speed motor is geared perfectly. I use all gears depending on what type of riding I am doing. Seat is super comfortable. Racks are sturdy. Index shifting is spot on. Looks are amazing. The guys at the distributor for Service related questions are fast and accurate.

The battery lasts only 40 to 60 km on full pedal assist without using the throttle. Most of the time, the throttle speed does not exceed 5 km/hr; it should be 6 km/hr. However, overall, the bike is very strong and steady.
Pros:
It serves the purpose perfectly (I am using it for daily work, riding 60 to 80 km per day).
If you use the bike on level 4, the battery is good enough for the day.
The headlight and tail light are very bright.
Seat comfort is good.
The wheel alloy is strong and durable, with no need for repairs like spoked wheels.
Cons:
The bike responds a bit late all the time, but it is okay once you get used to it.
The bike is heavy, and if loaded with your stuff, it is difficult to carry up stairs (especially when there is no elevator or lift at the train station).
In about 1 hour it was ready to ride.
